At ZEN3D, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
- Due to the customized and made-to-order nature of most 3D printed products and personalized gifts, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective.
- Non-customized, ready-made items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on the issue.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Customized or 3D printed orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only allowed for defective or damaged products.
- We do not offer exchanges for change of mind or incorrect details provided by the customer.
